Thriveherd is a UK-based, coordinated team of experienced coaches and specialists. We work with established professionals and values-led organisations on the questions, challenges and opportunities that shape working lives.
Work matters, and it's rarely straightforward
Work can bring meaning, confidence, connection and contribution. It can also bring pressure, uncertainty and difficult choices: about a career, a role, a relationship, a team or an organisation’s future.
We created Thriveherd because those questions are rarely one-dimensional. They are shaped by the person, the people around them and the realities of the work.
For an individual, that may mean making sense of a career transition, growing in a role or finding a more sustainable way forward. For an organisation, it may mean investing in managers and leaders, helping a team work differently, or giving people skilled space to develop, perform and stay well.
Career and people development start with the person
We don't love rigid solutions or single-perspective advice.
We take time to understand the person, situation and intended outcome. We then match the individual, team or organisation with the coach or specialist best placed to help—and, where useful, bring the right people together around the work.
That gives individuals access to relevant experience beyond one coach’s perspective. It gives organisations the capability and breadth of a coordinated team, while retaining the attention and relationship of a smaller business.
We work alongside internal People, HR, L&D and leadership teams, adding capacity, insight and expertise where it is useful.
Experience that understands work from the inside
Across Thriveherd are practitioners with extensive senior leadership, operational and people experience, alongside accredited coaching expertise.
Our team includes practitioners holding ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), ILM L7 and EMCC Senior Practitioner credentials. Together, we bring professional standards and an understanding of the pressures, responsibilities and relationships that shape working lives.
