Driven by a desire to “achieve,” I embarked on a legal career, seeking success in criminal justice. Chasing titles and salaries, I thought I was on the right path…
… but then motherhood brought a change in perspective. The job I once coveted felt demanding and unfulfilling, leading me to re-evaluate my priorities.
A switch to advocacy reignited my passion, allowing me to empower the vulnerable.
Yet, as I climbed the ladder into more senior management, the sense of fulfillment diminished. The distance from direct client interaction left me longing for deeper connections.
This realization paved the way for a new path in coaching. Though it might not boast a prestigious title or guaranteed income, it enables me to work directly with people, guiding them to break free from their own perceived limitations and achieve a fulfilling life.
Now, I empower others to prioritize what truly matters, just as I did. My journey has led me to a career that aligns with my values and brings a profound sense of purpose.

Silvana is a Become-certified career coach with extensive experience in the third / NFP and public sectors. Building on her law qualifications and occupying senior roles in prisons and charities, she has valuable knowledge in areas such as operations management, recruitment, advocacy and counselling.
Silvana is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has a Counselling Skills qualification.

Silvana made me feel comfortable and relaxed from our very first session.
