As a career coach, I’ve been through many of the same challenges my clients face. After being made redundant some years ago, I had to re-evaluate my own career path. That experience reignited my passion for coaching and helping others navigate difficult transitions. My values of optimism, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous growth are at the heart of how I empower my clients to take ownership of their inspirational career journeys.

I especially enjoy supporting those from less privileged backgrounds, drawing on my own experience working in social mobility. My goal is to empower clients to take ownership of their career journeys, providing a blend of practical guidance and inner exploration to help them achieve their aspirations.

A former business consultant, her own career has spanned programme management and stakeholder engagement, in both the private and education sectors. She also has worked extensively as a leader of teams delivering culture change across whole organisations.
Justine is an accredited Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

I started a coaching program with Justine at quite a turbulent point of my career. The first half of the program was in the aftermath of a redundancy, and the second half was after starting a new job that was different in many ways to my previous one. During this program she saw a wide range of emotions from me, from the excitement & nerves of a new role, to the frustration of having received a rejection around an hour before a scheduled session. She managed all of this with aplomb, always allowing me the space for what I needed.
