Rachel's Story
To the outside world I had it all: a successful legal career and a growing family. But on the inside my life was a whirlwind. I was exhausted, unhappy and unfulfilled. My search for balance led me to executive coaching. It was a fresh start that gave me whole new perspective. Now I’m passionate about helping others find that clarity.
I qualified as a solicitor in the 1990s and quickly progressed to partner. To the outside world I had it all: a successful career, a beautiful family. But on the inside my life was a whirlwind. I was exhausted, unhappy and unfulfilled. After my second daughter was born I realised I needed to implement change.
My search for balance led me on a journey of self discovery, which in turn led me to executive coaching. It was a fresh start that gave me a whole new perspective on life and the challenges we all face when searching for purpose and fulfilment. Now I’m passionate about helping others find that balance, in their personal life as well as in their career.

A career change is not for the faint-hearted and even more so when rewriting and rebranding yourself after 40 years in two completely different professions.
I need not have worried. Rachel listened and asked thought-provoking questions to understand my aspirations and goals in my new journey fully.
Rachel took a 40-year career and the last four years of my new adventure and created a masterpiece.
I was a little concerned that it didn’t look like a ‘normal’ CV, but then again, I haven’t had to use a CV before, despite having a very technical and convoluted one!
A refresh and rebrand alongside a new approach to LinkedIn and I couldn’t be happier.
I would not hesitate to recommend Rachel. The whole process was straightforward and I was comfortable opening up and explaining everything in detail.
I found Rachel to be professional, approachable and easy to work with.
If you employ the services of Rachel, you will not be disappointed.
