Jenn's Story
There have been a few points in my life when I’ve decided, ‘I don’t think this job is for me’. By my early 30s I’d gained an MBA, worked in law firms, and held HR positions in large corporations. But I still wasn’t doing anything that I found fulfilling, or even actually liked...
My first steps into coaching were originally to fill a gap in my resume while I figured out what I should do next. However 20+ years on, and I’m still here coaching – and I love it! The journey from then to know hasn’t been straightforward, personally or professionally. The wonderful thing is, I’m using all those skills, training and experience to help others navigate their own world to make life better.

“This recommendation is long overdue, and I know that my words will not be enough for the support, leadership, direction and coaching that Jenn provided to me. She is extremely empathetic, while also being able to ask thought provoking questions that got me out of my comfort zone, to look at myself in an honest and still loving way. She helped me to realize that the path I was on, no longer served me, and released shame around that. She also helped me to see that I would be able to utilize my strengths in a way that provided me with more balance in my life, focus on what was most important to me, and be true to my values. Her coaching and leadership style is one I would recommend for anyone feeling a disconnect between their current situation and where they want to be. I will reach out to Jenn again in the future when I am facing a crossroads and know that she will guide me to the answers that I already hold inside of me.” – Alyson Baber, VP of Sales
